Hello tod I have tha pr d19 as my go to bathroom radio and it's solid really as you are aware you can dx both mw and fm on this monster. A very very good radio. Thanks for showing the new one we will see if it comes out with an upgrade to the 19 also.. thank you Ron z.Wa3090 Swl.

I just ordered a renewed SG-104 based on this review. Looking for good am reception, a sleep function, alarm, and smallish. I also wanted no dials so it would be rugged. I knock my clock radio off the night stand fairly often. Might consider the PR-D9 if I need better AM reception. How is battery life on the EP Pro vs Eton Field?

I'm kind of tempted to go a bit cheaper with the white D18, with fewer fingerprints. Or a bit more with the 14 HD as I like RDS.

The 14 is worth it, I have the SG-108: th-cam.com/video/MWAdV1lyZlU/w-d-xo.html

Are you interested in trading radios? I have a pristine 1965 Westinghouse AM pocket radio with leather case. Looking for Sangean dt200, or cc pocket or something similar.

Have you ever reviewed the Sangean tabletop models?

Not yet, though I own an older W2 Model.

@@todderbert thanks for answering. Since I can't put out antenna loops here in the city for SW or monitoring the sideband, I only listen to FM and can do a limited amount of WiFi streaming. The Sangean models like the WR-16 are only am-fm but are supposed to be very nice sounding. The models like the WR-16 that have BT and aux in-aux out might serve my needs now but haven't seen that many in depth reviews on those as thorough as you do. The older two speaker WR-12 has been upgraded to include BT but it's a bit spendy over $200. I've been reading the online reviews but not sure if the aux in is the right type of jack for connecting a cellphone to from its headphone jack should I get a non BT model like the WR-11. Most of your subscribers probably aren't into the "nightstand" Sangeans and primarily like the little multiband portables. In the city my multiband Grundigs are on the FM band after years of good service on the outdoor loops. No point in buying any more SW/SSB radios here. But still enjoy seeing your reviews. Thanks for being so thorough in details even to the headphone jack

For $60 it would seem Sangean could provide an AC adapter, like they do with other radios.

If you have any of their other 6v radios the adapter may work. If it doesn`t fit an adapter plug can be bought. Always check polarity of the power supply used.

      Yeah, that's very rude.
