Hi, nice video. I was just curious if you know what your ground clearance is in the front and back or your machine since you put the 32 inch tires and shock therapy springs on? I was thinking about going the same way, but I wanted to make sure I got at least two extra inches of ground clearance. Thanks
Thanks. The ground clearance is set to the height that Shock Therapy prescribes (14.5" front, 14" rear). You can get more ground clearance, but overdoing it can be bad too. Also, we're working on a new video comparing Shock Therapy to Schmidty Racing springs. We haven't been happy with the shock body wear with Shock Therapy, so looking at alternatives.
For the Avenza maps, it’s $27.98 to get both. Updates are free. BobT maps are free. TrailView is $49.98. Updates are free. OnX is $99/yr. Lifetime trail maps is $259.99 for all US maps. Monthly Updates are $49.99/yr.
@@jefffleeman09 if you just want current position, just select the map and you’re good to go. If you want it to track you, swipe up on the bottom and enable tracking.
I use the Backcountry navigator app with bobt… is ther ever an update for it? I have seen videos where they say that a outlaw trail is not passable anymore. Thanks
BobT does update his maps regularly. Click on the link in the description to get to the latest files. If you have trouble, let me know. As far as outlaws being impassable, there are some, but not the vast majority. Just obey the signs and gates, and you’ll be fine.
Is most of the wear you mentioned with your shock therapy springs on your rear springs? Also is it mostly the cross over rings and or the shock body itself? I know you have not had those spring too long.

@@DirtyRoosterOffroad Thanks, I appreciate the info. That's good to know
Looks good, how often do you update the maps you sell?
We update the maps when HMT publishes updates. We're working on the latest update now.
So to have all h&m trails you need both 4-1 and 5-1 maps? Which is a total of about 40$?

I purchased your maps and I was wondering if the gps knows you’re location on the map as you’re riding thank you
Yes. The GPS will track your location. Let us know if you have any other questions.
@@DirtyRoosterOffroad how do you get it to track you on the maps just pull up the maps and it’s ready to go ?

Which map system are you using the most for Apple?
Avenza.

does these work off line I have a hard time getting servies
Yes. All of the options discussed allow offline mapping. Some are easier than others to enable offline mode.
Is there an Ivy Branch trail map available?
TrailView, BobT, and Lifetime have Ivy Branch.
Do have an updated map of the southern hatfield maps? The maps on avenza say 2021
Southern version was updated May 2023.

It's on the back. We're working on a video right now where we walk through the differences between Shock Therapy and Schmidty Racing. Check back soon.
@@DirtyRoosterOffroad Thanks, and I will check out the video.
FYI, Trailview sells map bundles so no need to load a different map for connected trails
Yep. Thanks for the info. We have noted that in the description and linked a new version of the video that updates that info.
