Ive been watching you for over a year now and learned a good bit that helps me with my trade too, easier to do concrete after pipe repairs and the such when I know a bit more about concrete. I feel more satisfied with my work now that I’m learning more. Seen a few guys come and go from yalls team in this about year and a half or so. Seems to me like yall got a good team working right now though, I’m glad to see it, and hope the best for you and your crew.

I have watched every episode, started about a few months after you started the channel. My wife used to laugh at me for watching boring concrete videos, Last Sunday morning she asked, "Don't we have a Victory show to watch?" She then told me I should wait to watch Wed and Friday videos with her (obviously I didn't). We Love the channel! Pretty sure Jade's work boot and shovel toys have seen better days by now!!!

I have been hearing your voice in the background for about a year now when my son Scout started watching your channel. He told me you used to do lawn care and that is what he have been doing since he was in middle school and he just turned 23 earlier this month. Ryan, they sell CB/FRS/GSMR/UHF (whatever type you want) antennas that are the size of a Red Bull can and smaller. And there is mounting hardware available to mount it on the side mirrors or even the hood/windshield wiper cowling.

Hoping Ray takes Ryan’s nudges to find something to do as a vote of confidence. That is big when the boss tells you he trusts you to figure out what to do on the job. I know Ray has suffered some difficulties in his decisions on the job and wants to live mistake free for a while. I get that much. Ryan knows there’s much more to learn moving around the job site and helping vs. standing there and watching him directly. The most important thing for any person learning a trade to remember is that sure you’re going to make mistakes and hopefully learn from them but what else you’re going to do is teach the crew a better way of doing a given task from time to time. We’ve all learned quite a bit from training people. Sometimes thinking outside the proverbial box, thinking your way through a task can bring about a better way that had never been thought of before in these highly fluid environments. It is clear that Ray doesn’t make a living out of making mistakes and that he is very teachable. So I would take it as an honor when my mentor tells me to go find something to do. That means it’s time to elevate your skill set. Stay productive over all! Learn to run that job. I hope Tino shows up early and keeps after it! Really like seeing him out there getting after it. He is an interesting character in my books.

Just a bit of a suggestion, but if you organize your playlist in the opposite direction, we can watch them in order one after the other. The way they're currently organized, they go backwards in time, so you're watching them in the wrong order. Not the worst thing for individual unrelated videos of projects, but when there are sequential updates on the same project, watching them backwards isn't the greatest. Love the work!

The best canopy to use is the 10x10 white one with the vent at the top. Those plastic colored ones without the vent do a good job of shading out the sun but they hold heat.
