- Hey peeps! Thank you for checking out my review on the Keurig K-Cafe Smart Coffee Maker. The K-Cafe retails for $249 on most websites but I got it at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $190 bucks! So far I am really enjoying the machine. Worth the price….. the jury is still out but as of now I have no regrets. Let me know what you all think about the machine! Thank you for watching!

Thanks for posting! I have the original K-Cafe. I love it and really not enough in this model to make me upgrade. I like that it has a smaller footprint and you can adjust the amount of froth, but I don't like the fact that the frother isn't dishwasher safe and you can't submerge it. I like the screen, as well as the water reservoir especially. But the main reason for this existing is to try to get people to subscribe to get the K-cups automatically sent to your house via a subscription. They can lose me with that, lol.

That clear filter thing that goes in the water holder can pull apart into two pieces if you press both sides and pull the bottom part off the stem section with your fingernails, the filter is in the little white bag.

It’s easier to snap the bottom filter section in first, then put the stem and filter in and it snaps into place
The filter you have to soak it in water for 5 minutes and rinse 60 seconds before using it .
Got it for $99 at a store going out of business. Can’t wait to try it

What's the point of "brewing" your coffee from app if the machine can't put a mug on it? Js.. 🙄😒...and if you're right there with machine are we really that lazy to do things manually...🤦♂️🤷♂️
Good morning! Thanks for watching! I don’t use that feature at all but I guess it would be nice for those who put their cup in the machine the night before.
I think it's for people who have the mug sitting there and want to start the brewing from their bed or something. I personally would use it for my dad who would have trouble putting the K-Cup in the machine. I can start his coffee from work with my phone and all he has to do is get it. Definitely some use cases for the feature, but it's for a niche audience.
