you have to swirl the frother a bit as all the milk liquid sits in bottom, swirling it around few seconds incorporates the foam and liquid together and make the foam pour out more easily.

From what I am seeing is you need to pour out the milk the second its done or the foam doesn't come out very well.

Thanks for this. Mine didn't come with a manual. Did yours have a filter for the water reservoir? My previous kuerig had one and this did not.
