  • Ilalagay ko po ang price ng ibang ingredients as whole, dahil hindi naman tayo nakakabili ng tag 1 tsp. ng mga pampalasa at ingredients
    2 kilo chicken breast fille- 320.00
    1 tsp. Prague powder - 12.00 (for 20 grams)
    1/2 tsp.calcium carbonate-35.00 (for 500 grams)
    1 and 1/4 cup sugar -12.00
    1 can pineapple juice-22.00
    20 grams achuete powder- 10.00
    1/2 cup rice wine (90.00 for 400 ml.)
    1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp. Salt - .50
    Pinch of vetsin-.50
    1cup water for the achuete
    1/2 cup water for the prague and calcium carbonate
    pinch of red food color
    --------------------------------------
    = 502.00
    yield is 2900 grams tocino
    I cure for 3 to 4 days sa refrigeratot bago ito ibenta
    502÷2900= 0.173 per gram
    17.30 per 100 grams ang cost natin
    kayo napo ang bahala mag dagdag ng presyo, kadalasan na nasa 50.00 pesos ang per 250 grams ng tocino.
    anyways mas marami ka pang magagawa dahil marami ka pang matitirang ingredients😊

      Na discuss ko po sa video, yung prague powder po ay for curing. Ginagamit siya para i preserve ang karne o kahit isda. Napapatay niya ang mikrobyo na nasa karne pero nakakapag pa dry din siya kaya kailangan natin yung calcium carbonate nakakapag retain naman ito ng moisture sa karne. May nagsasabing masama daw po ang prague powder sa katawan pero may allowed po ang fda na amount na nilalagay sa prague powder para safe i consume.

      Hindi po magiging tocino yung karne niya maam, mas magandang timplahan nalang ng pang barbeque po.
      Pang cure po itong mga ingredients para tumaga at ma preserved ang karne😊

    Maam pwede po ba calcium phosphate gamitin instead ng calcium carbonate. Wala po kasi ako mabilhan dito sa amin. Sana po matugunan niyo ang katanungan ko. Maraming salamat po. Godbless

      Pareho po sila lahat na rice wine maam, magkaka iba lang po ang brand mura lang po silang lahat ying anisado yata kung tama pagkakatanda ko nasa 27 lang yung isang bote

      Hindi po, kapag matagal ka na po gumagawa makakapagawa ka na ng sariling recipe dahil alam o gamay mo na kung paano mag react ang mga ingredients. Bale aasa ka sa rin sa trial and error, buti nalang dati kahit palpak minsan gawa ko nabebenta padin

Sorry maam ito po talaga yung timpla ng sinaunang tocino kung nakakain na po kayo ng dating lasa ng pampanga's best ganitong ganito po yung lasa niya, matagal tagal ko din pong trial and error dati, bago ko nakuha. Baka po may nabibilhan online madami po ang mapag gagamitan niyon kung gusto niyong mag preserve ng kahit ano o mag gawa ng ham

      100 to 120 pesos po, kasi yung walang label sa palengke nasa 55 pesos per 250 grams

    You can also simply use sugar and achuete or food coloring.... but you must make sure to keep it curing in the fridge...

      Yes po with salt makakapag cure naman siya kaya lang hindi tatagal yung shelf life. We put curing salt para tumagal yung mga processed meat at di agad masira
