I tried this recipe- it works! I don't need to buy it from the store anymore. What's even better is it's very forgiving and versatile - i omitted the beet and it still had an appetizing color to it. Another time, I used apple juice and added some garlic powder and it was great!

Siguro the same ang recipe, Pero May dagdag nang calaminsi for hamonado chorizo, and crushed garlic. Sugar as well and anatto( acheute) powder, For the coloring of the chorizo, and salt and pepper to your liking, and roll in sarhran wrap and freez. Blend all the achute, calamsi, sugar and salt and pepper in a blender, then mix with your minced pork. Take out from freezer as needed. It’s so good.

Atsuete po or anato powder, kung di ka naman health conscious red or orange food coloring.
Nagutom nmn ako dito. At dahil meron syang beet fruit, hnd na s’ya nakakakunsensya kainin..
