OMG! That is a dream MINI! I wish that I could afford those mods. The scene from The Fast and the Furious comes to mind when the crew tells Jesse not to race Johnny Tran because he has over 10 grand under the hood.
Most people hating on automatics can barely drive manual. Hilarious. In this day and age, the automatics are faster than manuals, facts. Nicely built F56.

I have a 2013 Pepperwhite R55. It's completely dechromed. I have alot of mods. This car gave me some great ideas, especially the glossed out fenders. I already have carbon in the interior. But the fenders and the bumpers are beautiful. I going to talk to my body guy today. Late spring this car will be TH-cam ready!!! Stay tuned!!!

Perfect, JCW tuning kit from Mini and fitted by Mini. Going to get this on my Cooper S F56. I like the Cosmos Spoke alloys on the Cooper S as it is a nod to the heritage of Mini and think its the best looking version on it, also mine is rather rare Electric Blue colour with black alloys and roof and mirror caps. So tweeking it up to JCW performance subtly will be just what i wanted 🙂 Thanks for the video and stopping me from looking at JCWs that i don't quite want, but want the performance of 🙂 I also wouldn't trust anyone other than Mini to do this dort of tuning on my car to be sure they do not compromise the car's longevity. Others may tweek your software, but do they also do the intake and exhaust system appropriately...? Doing it through Mini guarantees less prospect of a problem from tweeking the power.
I got a 2014 Cooper S, trying to figure out what I'd like to do with my car. are some mods just good if I get the JCW OEM parts, or is it just better to aftermarket everything (ex: Intake, Exhaust, Coil Overs, Intercooler, etc)?

What is the crank walking out issue on manual gearbox on 2014 cooper s you are speaking of? I ask because I have a 2014 mini cooper s that is popping out of 1st gear on its own. Is there a fix?
He modified the car with performance hardware beyond that of a JCW. Why didn't he tune it specifically to fit those modification instead of modifying it with JCW tuning kit?

It had the tuning kit. I’ll allow it in that regard. The racing team cars are all Cooper S cars and they have the JCW badges on them.

Crank shaft starts to shift. It only happens with 2014 model year manual F56’s

I always have an issue with people who feel that automatics are not up to Snuff you can hear it in the guy's voice it's an automatic he States the fact like he's so disappointed

@@TheMINIac oh I see, thanks for letting me know mate . I wasn't aware that was the case , definitely have to keep an eye out when I get one since the only reason I'd compromise on the auto is if it had paddles .

uhm how tf is his top speed only 160 because my homie did about 155 downhill in his stock cooper s with no governor ofc (it’s a 2006 so it’s supercharged) idk maybe supercharger just better than the turbskies idk but i was in the car with him and that son of a bitch moves he convinced me to get one 😂

The whole car looks shit imo, this is the best one I've seen for this gen, I only like the R53, it's the only BMW mini that had the cars original character ultra short wheelbase and the super charger suited the car, making it hyper reactive in and out of corners, then you had the 6 speed Getrag box, such a good gear box.

@@TheMINIac Rowing gears through a mountain side is more fun than an auto sorry... I own a F56 JCW, and I was very disappointed in the auto, so I went with 6 speed. Mentioning the countryman is a joke only karens and susans drive a crossover. it's not meant to be fun like a 2 door.
@@TheMINIac To each their own, but you can't take a countryman and whip it around some twistys, and expect it to keep up with a 911, unlike the 2dr which it can. You're also not tracking a countryman. That mini is designed to carry cargo and kids and get groceries. nothing fun about that quite frankly. For a fact I do not see anything other than the cooper on car club cruises, track day, auto cross etc... Glad you can have fun in them, but that boils down to average joe, again no disrespect.
@@TheMINIac it also weighs a crap ton it is called power to weight, and quite frankly it cannot handle like the two door. I'm not sure what roads would be equivalent over there, but over here in NC we have quite a few amazing roads. There are roads here where I can hit 50 on some tight turns, where an Infiniti G37 crashed trying to keep up with me. It's a crossover suv it was never intended to handle like a cooper. In your 2020 countryman all4 video where you are on the highway turning i can easily hit those at 120MPH and stay solid, whereas the Countryman would not be able to haha. Have a nice day friend.
@@TheMINIac all-wheel drive isn't the answer to all problems. We all know that the 1st and 2nd gen cooper handles better than even the 3rd gen Cooper. And there is a company that has a Honda CRV trans in a gen 1 cooper with k24 that dominates. But back to the reality you're wasting time, because there are no possibilities as it is a effing SUV there are no SUVs going to autocross. just simply can't handle the nature. They're not meant to be fun cars find me one SUV that can handle like it's equivalent version of a two-door you will not. A Lamborghini urus while epic still does not quite handle like a hurican point blank.
