Ohn Mar these demos were so exciting! I loved how you tried all your new pencils and gouche in real time it was so helpful to see you mix them also so fearlessly. Also the sketchbook demo as a result of Koosje's class. This was a great approach to travel journaling one that makes a lot of sense and a lot more fun to capture the highlights from a trip. I loved seeing your art haul and can't wait to also color swatch my pencils. But the best was seeing you work on Snapshots from your recent travels. I'm going to go back and do this for past travel adventures as a way of recapturing those moments in my sketchbooks. Thanks for the inspiration!

I love love holbein products the pencils are like drawing with butter! I want to like gouache but I really struggle with it.

Yes they do
Love the Petrol colour 🤩 i don't use guache that much, but i like the Royal Talens (it's affordable to create paper textures for collage) and the Holbein gouache.

Please tell us more about this trip you had in Italy and the insights you got. I saw you posting some snippets on Instagram, but I don't spend much time on social media these days (I find it overwhelming).
When most of this particular sketchbook is finished I'll talk more about italy & my plans for next year
