For my home dryer, I called a repair guy and explained that my dryer was taking forever to dry. He said to check the vent ducts before he drives out. He was right. Saved me a bunch of $$ and earned himself a customer for life.
That's caused by the exhaust flapper being stuck open. The lower pocket is exhausting into the upper pocket. Find where the exhaust duct and blower fan connect on the top pocket. Give it a whack and you'll hear the flapper close. It always good to keep ducts clean, but this is not a sure sign that they're clogged. Happens a bit with all makes.
I can clean out your ductwork for about 6 to 800 bucks depending on how many stacks you have and I don't have to take anything apart I can do it all from the outside. All I need is an 8-inch access opening somewhere

I'd be all over that. Could be birds clogged it up. If they can make a nest someplace they often do.
