Hi, I bought a brand new e-bike with a 1500w rear hub motor paired with a 19.2AH 48v Panasonic battery. The KT LCD3 is the one that’s installed on the bike. I’m currently having issues with the battery readout displaying on the LCD causing my motor to shut down. When it’s fully charged I only get around 12miles (mixture of pedal assist 5 and throttle) before the battery indicator on the LCD starts to flash, but the battery itself shows 2 out of the 4 lights left being displayed. If I keep on riding the battery indicator starts to flash indicating it’s empty but there’s still juice in the battery left.. if I start pedalling the power cuts off immediately to the motor. If you could help with this issue I would be extremely grateful!
    My current settings are as follow: P1-46, P2-0, P3-1, P4-0, P5-15, C1-2, C2-0, C3-8, C4-0, C5-10, C6-3, C7-0, C8-0, C9-0, C10-n, C11-0, C12-5, C13-0, C14-2

@@antoniokutija9788 Hi Antonio, i appreciate the response. I’ve had the Battery and control replaced but to my surprise it’s still acting the same. I’ve now set the C setting to 0. I did a 7.5mile ride and the battery indicator showed full, I’ve not ridden the bike since due to the snow and wet weather we had in the the U.K. I’m not sure what what the problem is, I thought it may be the display or possibly a damaged wire… Still trying to wrap my head around it.

@@rice1985 if the display cuts off power too early it should be the c12 setting. By putting the c12 to 0 you are removing the controllers low voltage cuttof. The bms will then cut the power when it should be cut off

@@antoniokutija9788 I understand. I’ll give it a go when the weather is bit better lol. If the issue still continues after I set the C12 setting to 0, what else do you think could be causing the issue?

@@rice1985 if c12 doesnt work my last try would be to put both the c12 and p5 to 0. If that doesnt work I would contact the supplier
