Have you ever thought of doing a step by step tutorial kind of video? Your videos are some of the best ones on TH-cam and and a step-by-step video would be epic

The heavenly music at the end got me laughing out loud...glad nobody's here right now...good job on the try! And I like that you're not wasting my time by rambling on as though I watch these to hear someone prattle on.

I got a question. How do you know where to mark the mitered corners if it has a rabbit for the bottom?
Would you have to take that much off of your miter so the side would sit in the rabbit?

Beautiful work! Did you start with 4/4 wood before re-sawing or was it thicker?

Great work with the bookmatched base. Awesome build, you earned a sub from me! What finish did you use and is it food safe??? Thanks in advance.

I believe pretty much all finishes are food safe, to a degree, once completely cured.

Thanks! Unfortunately I don’t work from plans and I can’t remember the exact dimensions. I believe I made it big enough to carry two dinner plates. Hope this helps a bit.
