Land lords are having a field day though they are charging way to much rent and you have 10 students all living in a small cramped basement . People so obsessed to come to ca ada but the harsh realities are something different. Employers exploiting the students all for what just to show people you are IN Canada 😅😅 better yet if you are smart make money in Canada aland buy land back home in India and rent out your land you will be better off.
