We got the cowboy steak from SRF a few weeks ago! We reverse seared it on our weber too!! Love that rub that you put on it though! I will have to try it. I just did salt and pepper since I also made 5 different sauces to go with it lol We had a big BBQ so we actually got a lot of different cuts from SRF to grill up. Amazing as always!

I'm a big fan of Weber Kettles. You get fantastic bang for your buck, as shown by the fact that you can get a cut of meat that costs more than the kettle itself! That tomahawk ribeye looks awesome. Thanks for sharing, as always.

Thanks so much. This was my first cook on that kettle, but it hasn't been my last. I'm really impressed with what he can do!

Love LOVE this!!!! A high quality steak on a high quality grill!! Even though that little kettle is cheap and cheerful, it still packs a punch each and every time! Loved this video! The slicing part was making us drool!!! :D

I'll be honest ladies - the editing was super hard because every time I watched that part I had to go eat!

Awesome looking steak! I like the tip with tying the steak around the bone.

Hey Doc - the 5 cents worth of string generates about a gallon of testosterone when you grab that big boy by the bone to flip it let me tell you!!!

We’re going to cook one of the most expensive steaks we can … but before we do we’re going to coat it with so much crap we can’t taste it 🙄
