Good thing I watched this during dinner. I found a couple of MONSTER rib eyes earlier today... Almost bought 2 of them. They would'a required a well thought out explanation to Mrs SG as to why I spent so much! 😂 Now I'm considering going back to that market after watching.

Oh yeah The Que! The steak is looking good CJ, so moist! The bone is nice and small too, which is a plus because the bone is wasted money-weight most of the time.
@@CjsQue No problem CJ :). I did forget to mention that I believe the bone along the meat does allow for the meat to be cooked differently, as well as the cartilage, which adds to the meal that would usually be cut off. The issue is the longer, giant "tomahawk" style bones. I am not fully sure if there is anything gained from longer bones though, so I could be completely wrong. I just think they are just for show and are a costly addition. I think SRF did it right with how they cut this so you got the nice bone in meat, but it's not too large sticking out.
