- An exciting vlog with my main man Zebedee! A stay away event at a new venue for us - rockingham castle!! A fab couple of days being invited to the hospitality event by fairfax and favour who were sponsoring the event on the Saturday and then competing in the intermediate masters on the Sunday!
The intermediate masters is new for this season and this was the first one to take place! We had a brilliant weekend and I really hope you guys enjoy the vlog as much as we enjoyed editing it!

I thought Dressage was incredible, beautifully ridden, Zebedee looked so relaxed and so did you.. Happy Harry Dad Day You are a Truly Decent family and Scott is the most supportive Loving Husband to be.. I love watching English events, Im amazed at the size of the crowds, Horses are the future in every way, they are the new Kings for sure.. Zebedee 9 is a super star and 963 is a pretty impressive number too!! Great day, so well ridden, getting married is bringing out a great positive attitude, Love to your beautiful family Your Mum is just gorgeous, superbe riding and team you are BravO

I agree with every point you've made Victoria! NB though ~ BRITISH events (Wales, England, Scotland & Northern Ireland = GB/UK) The Horse and our native breeds of horses and ponies will ALWAYS be king in the UK - despite 7 of them facing extinction. Please watch 'War Horse' to prove my point.
Well done to both of you. I can't believe Zeb is 19 yrs old. He looks so good and clearly loves his job. It's also so lovely to see Yr mum and dad wearing their AH kit too. I love how supportive they are and of course not forgetting Scott too. I bet Zeb can't wait for his next outing lol. Was a lovely vlog to watch xxx

Well done another “decent” result 😆 spray the tick with fly spray or dab with nail polish remover they will soon release their grip and then “unscrew” them at least your ticks don’t cause paralysis, they literally will only stay on a horse a short time before dropping off anyway. Check the dog too, they need carbon dioxide that’s why you will find ticks at the head of an animal 👍

We need a count of decents each vlog I think lol! Awh zeb did FANTASTIC in the dressage! I’m always rooting for the thoroughbreds to smash it! Makes me more confident of my own thoroughbred when I see zeb representing so well!

Hi Ash and crew! Really love your channel ❤️, I'm unable to ride anymore due to osteoarthritis & both knees replaced 😩 after riding since I was 6 ....I'm 54 now (yikes) it's sad I can't do what I love ....oh woe be me lol. Loved the vlog, trick I got taught by a vet was put your finger on the tick and spin it clockwise then anti clockwise, and keep doing it. The tick will release and just fall off intact. Never had this fail yet xx
Yup, I have special things to spin the tick called tick twisters. They are great!

this is the first video i’ve seen of you guys and i just wanted to say how you and zeb remind me of me and my horse (obviously i’m at a MUCH lower level barely competing 70 ODEs😅) but the way zeb jumps, your jumping position, wearing an air jacket over the body protector, and so many more similarities hahaha!! i love you and your family’s chill vibe and just everything about you !!

Dressage judges like more Warmblood less thoroughbred with much thicker necks and floaty paces 😊

Why don't the Dressage judges like Zeb the 9th? Did you Mum ride competitively pre motherhood and supporting you Ashley - does she still ride?
Easy answer, he’s built like a racehorse and dressage horses normally have much thicker necks. Mum never rode competitively, she only ever went to a riding school - she likes to play tennis but is very supportive of me 👍😊

Is it normal to have so much distraction around the dressage arena? There’s heaps of people standing around horses warming up people talking etc. Doesn’t seem very fair
