Sir, Why slope of tripping characteristic is not having any slope during initial stage( at pick up current). At that time fault line comes below tripping characteristic.
Sir, I found a case of 400KV yard one and half breaker scheme, Present only tow dia of three are in service , In BCU Y phase tie bay of dia2 is showing zero ,other phase of same tie bay normal, and missing current shifted into Yphase of other tie bay of Dia 1 , What may be reason. request you to help to find out reason.

check the interpanel wiring ..it may be wrongly connected for dia1 and dia2 of bcu
