      I think it's partially his voice, he doesn't have the typical "bodybuilding" voice, quite the opposite in fact, but it's incredibly endearing

      Vlad Kalitin It's definitely a family trait. His dad also has a super likeable personality. I mean, the man managed to motivate the city Houston enough to work their way out of being the fattest city in America.

    Man... great, great, GREAT tips. Training for years here, and you just schooled me on a couple of things I had been doing wrong. I actually got a smile watching this, thinking "This is going to let me break the plateau I've been stuck on." Awesome video. Does this guy have his own channel? If not, he should. Great understanding of biomechanics as applied to lifting and muscle recruitment. Thanks for posting this.

    I've been training for 40 years and this kid is very knowledgeable . What a super nice kid. . too many people on TH-cam don't know what they're doing and showing people the wrong way to do things and that's how the young kids get hurt. This kid definitely shows you the right way to do things "great job Hunter " !

    Such an awesome video! do you have a tip to even out arms because my left arm is not as bold and not toning as well as the right arm.

    • @jurekweis9169
      @jurekweis9169 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Try individual arm exercises. Not just in the arm sectiin of your workout, give it a try in back & chest training as well. What I mean by that is for example a one arm pulldown. Begin with your weaker side, go pritty much on failure and do the same thing on the other side with the diffrence that you just do the amount of reps you did on the weaker side (even if you could do more). This is an excellent way to ballance your sides "equaly". But remember don't just do this way of training. Still do both arms at a time, just mix a few "one arm" exercise within your workouts.
      Hope you can take a few benefits of my tips.

    It's a great video, but I have to mention that the camera really did not do a good job. Especially when showing the rotation thing on the rope pushdown, the frame does not capture Hunters hands at the exact time when he's trying to show the external rotation when performing the exercise. Everything else is just great :)
