Oh man, Pulling the carb that many times... My son's Yz125 always needed tweeking on race day. Temp changes. Luckily it was just changing the clip on the carb needle. Up or down a notch. Luckily the carb was easy to get to and you could just swivel it a bit and pull out the spring . Same with changing the main jet. Never had to remove the entire carb. Your's would drive me MAD! The Dynojet kit worked great for me. I’m at 3200 feet. Stock exhaust and foam filter only. I’m not sure what the difference is. I know it says don’t use OEM jets with the Dynojet needle

Yeah when I was changing the jet I would just turn it and remove the bowl but the needle was a different story.
