bro u should not drive new bearing cap like this if you beat directly it will makes marks and scratch on the new cap hence use the old removed cap and place it on the top of the new one and then drive it in the place. nice video man, another tip for you guys is that if the ktm parts are not available you can use pulsar cone set and dominar oils seals for fork good work man keep it up.

KTM ( Duke 390) or CBR 250? Long term usage is intended. Bike should be reliable and not fail in the middle of nowhere.
I heard that KTM still has a few display bugs. And KTM is notorious for coolant oil mixing.
How reliable is your RC 390 and do you suggest one? I am not a technical specialist like you and won't end up in changing maps and tuning on the bike. I would be riding it stock. KTM or CBR?
Well you r definitely right about oil coolent mixing in KTM 390 & bajaj dominar,CBR 250 is great overall..or else you can go for any 300cc bike..just make sure it has ABS..!!

I also found some mistake on ur services..the fork should compress after u pour fork oil to prevent bubble..also fork lubrication better use a dip of fork oil n cleaning using wd-40 or any penetrating oil..because da spray u used might b bad for rubber,dats all

Need help! Changed both my fork oil seals yesterday and they put two bottles (150 ml each) of fork oil into each fork and now it shakes like crazy and makes dhak dhak noise whenever riding on bumpy roads...is it because they put 300 ml fork oil instead of 400 ml, bro??

What vehicle fork oil seal (Bajaj)? Sir! & Fork bearings
You need to clean your bike more often. The dirt you showed on the fork is what destroys the seals.
