My Rc390 is a pain in the butt to do maintenance on. Way too many fasteners and bolts to remove 😩 My CBR1100XX on the other hand is a lot more easier and user friendly. I can get to the throttle body just by removing the seat with the key and undoing 2 bolts on the tank Thank you for the video 👍

Is it safe.? or should we buy CRC Electrical contact cleaner spray separately for that purpose. Asking it as my Duke is going to hit the 40k mark and thinking to perform a major cleanup of the throttle body and all the electrical connectors as I found my radiator fan not working upon inspection I found there was gunk build-up in its connectors. Cleaned it with a cloth and it is working fine for now. But wanted to do a cleanup of all the connectors in general. Hence, asking.

Hey, I'm breaking my head. But I'm calm.im trying all the possible suggestions.. my bike doesn't start.. i changed to a new battery,new spark plug and it starts. The next day again it stalls and i get the cranking..but heavy knocking sound and foul old petrol smell keeps coming everytime.. now i came to know the starter motor and the battery is fine. I guess there is some problem with my fuel injector. What's ur opinion for this.. since u seem professional.. what should i get from the store that needs to be changed .pls advise.open to suggestions

Okay I could never get anyone to answer me please are you able to make a video where your bike is in operation temp and you full throttle the bike just from 0-100 as fast as you can and see how fast the revs go up mine has an issue it has a bog in the middle and when I start it from cold it has issue and when I try to pull off from lights it’s too slow also this happens rarely but someone’s when the bike is idling for a while and I give it throttle the revs will keep going up and down and a fault comes up but then I shut the bike off and on and it’s fixed HELP ME PLEASEEE 😓

The pop sounds while deceleration is because of unburnt fuel gets to the exhaust causing that unburnt fuel to ignite inside exhaust thus creating that noise.
Bro my bike gets shut down when i am riding just for 2-3 sec then it work fine for some kms then again shut down It missing problem i think Or i should change injectctor or fuel pump
@@venatlau4089 It may be caused by some old gas. If the gas is couple months old, you should get some fresh gas in here. Other option is that if the idling sounds different and its about so shut down when giving gas problem is at the ECU. If this is the case people at KTM dealership will fix it. I myself had a problem that the electric wires next to a coolant container were not properly assembled by factory, so every time I turned right, the bike gets shut down.

Fuel only comes when switch on the ignition

Connecting injector to direct bike battery will harm it.

Try removing the throttle cable Freeplay..That shud do it...otherwise Cleaning throttle body and injector is recommended!!
