Here I'm struggling with a tail tidy, this guy is assembling a whole bike, damn bro you nailed it.

Every nuts and bolts its locktited, every electrical socket is protected, every parts is clean, this is even better than production line i think, well done !

If you mark everything with a tag and take pictures of them before removing, it's easy.
If your bogged with this wiring then try looking it up at Daytona's..

I wish i had some shares but unfortunately that's not the truth. The problem is that I'm fed up of bolts getting loose due to vibrations of KTM bikes and that's why i used threadlocker wherever I could.

Threadlockers are essentiall.. you shouldn't skimp on that..
Permanent thread locker or red thread locker is supposed to use on things that are prone to high heat and vibrations and their bolts are supposed to stay tight in every situation and blue loctite should be used in places where future maintenance work may happen but in your case tires will get punctured and you'll have to protect the disc every time by removing it so you can use blue loctite instead of red.
@@JeetBhaskar Let me add that according to the manufacturer, red loctite 271 can be removed by applying heat (550°f or 288°c) and then using ordinary tools, otherwise you run the risk of damaging the bolt, nut or tools.

I want to do this to my bike , strip the frame, painstakingly clean every part , degrease , freshen up and reassemble all with new gaskets, seals and threadlock. Such a process but very rewarding.

It's from your chain try lubing it
Replace the sprocket and chain set get a new one and all the issue will be solved i hope as well as the acceleration will also be restored a bit
@@nj0509 isn't it coming from a wiring problem cuz it's coming from the front side, not the rear side that means there's no chain problem right
Check the front headlamp status by disturbing it with hand.. In case it shakes then you got to fix it with your tool kit.. I guess uts because of that loose alignment
Maybe its a rewind of dismantling your bike, now he cannot assemble it back
