Seeking your attention towards the cartel behaviour of PVR Cinemas to boycott Malayalam movies across India. PVR is forcing movie producers to use/pay for Qube/UFO that are expensive even if cheaper alternatives exist. This is the problem when we let monopolies like PVR to develop and acquire other cinemas - that they make a mockery by boycotting an entire region.
It’s other way around the cheaper alternative belongs to the producer association and they are forcing all new screens to add their content Once that is allowed they will have monopoly over the screens of what movies to be played and they can reject theatres/ screens not to be charted as well. Good that pVR is negotiating well. Cheaper alternatives are welcomed but conditions are to be read carefully

Idk whats the actual problem but pvr Inox boycotting Malayalam cinema is stright up bullying they could have discussed and give public clarification saying y Malayalam cinema demands are not acceptable to them or could have gone to court this is very serious and it's a monopoly in making tomorrow they would do the same to other south industries if they go scot free with this
Absolutely. Not to sound too radical but damn, "laugh out loud, mass humor" was so dead these past few years. Glad to see them make a come back with both this and Madgaon.
Finally watched Aavesham and only one thing I'd like to say is RangAnna's character is Awesome 😎. Fafaa made RangAnna's character legendary, enjoyed the movie.
Fahadh is an unreal actor man.through ranga fafa brings comedy, mass, psyco, emotional that too convincingly ❤. Fafa love u 3000 times man .and amban too .what a performance in climax😂
I don't think its a bad thing, especially since Malayalam industry has traditionally had a lot of heavy duty female roles with great significance and female led movies. Not having a female role here is better than inserting a half- baked female role when the story doesn't have the scope for it, just to tick that quota of political correctness. It's keeping the art genuine, instead of compromising it for approval from everyone.
I don't think anyone even bothered about not having a female lead, and it's because the story didn't need one. And Premalu, another hit from Malayalam this year had one of the most relatable and well-developed female characters we've seen in a rom-com
Indian films are still male dominant. Most of the script writers and directors are men in India. So they write or direct films from their own experiences and point of views. If more female started work in films, we will get good female characters with more depth. For any story, if a character is not fit with it, even if male, female or any other gender, it may ruin the film.
One of the main thing of this movie is those hilarious moments when fahad speaks kannada mixed malayalam, only kerala audience can understand that code-mixing humour, i don't think non-malayali people can enjoy it.....
Can we also take a moment to acknowledge the actress who played Sweety...she just had a 5-minute scene and the way she performed...Lmaoed throughout that dumb charades scene....she was awesome!!
Fahad is a genius actor but I want to add one thing that differentiates Malayalam Cinema and others is that they know how to emotionally capture you. As you rightly said the anxiety that I got in that simple dumb charades scene.. Lord!! . Narration wise currently no one does it better than them.
This movie has an immense entertaining vibe 🔥 Jithu Madhavan..what an iconic artist you are..2nd movie and that too an outstanding one....this year has been ineffable for the malayalam movies..wow..Proud to say this being a malayalee (da mone).. there's more to come..❤
This is the first time I'm watching a film solo, usually watch movies with my family. But the choice during this eid & vishu festival is numerous. I was sceptical watching a movie at 9 am morning as I thought it would be youngsters who'd throng to watch a movie at that time & thought I couldn't probably watch it properly due to constant claps & whistles. But I was wrong the theatre was full with family audiences. Everyone enjoyed the movie but they were so engrossed in the movie that they forgot to clap & whistle as the film had everything to do that. This is a mass movie & probably a new genre which we are not accustomed to. Now planning to watch varshangalkku shesham 👍🏻
At 71 years a great Malyalam Cinema and a Fahad Fazil fan over decades. Aavesham had me in splits in the theatre, missed his mindblowing expressions in every angle. The last 20 minutes was a riot. Since Friday have watched it again and again to capture FAFAA moments. Truly ILLUMINATI are THE MIGHTY MALLUMATTI. A Salute to the entire cast and crew
Malayalam industry has 1. The best creative directors(even youngsters ) who are great story tellers. 2. Best script writers (fresh talents) 3. Best Actors (even fresh faces ) 4. Best Cinematographers.. 5. Best Art directors 6. Best musicians (fresh talents) 7. Best technicians 8. Daring producers 9. Best Audience(for accepting diverse contents) 10. Best content creators Acknowledging and promoting pure talents... Truly they are the most creative people...
Huge respect to Malayalam cinema. Their consistency in giving so many good movies back to back for a state that does not have that big a " market " compared to others is mind - blowing . Malayalam cinema is leading the way into the future for Indian cinema!❤
Jammy bro, I have an observation in recent Malayalam films. My last 3 film is Manjummel Boys, Aavesham, Anweshippin Kandethum. These three films do not have any Lead Female actress as love interest, which is I felt quite great.
*I believe the high standards of Malayalam movies are because of Kerala School Kalolsavam* ... where there is very high quality state level competition for almost every art forms like mimicry, monoacting, singing, skits , bharatanatyam, Manju Warrier & Navya Nair were kalathilakam (best performer). Navya took part in 8 events. The talent is nurtured from school level.
There's nothing in India other than Kerala, something like kalolswavam in school students.and deep penetrations of sports activities in schools. That's why Kerala is different and miles ahead of any states in India. It's not only limited to arts, sports, writings/novels/poems, martial arts, library and readings(even our Deep remotest villages are having libraries and reading rooms).in any segments , Kerala is unbeatable,at least indian standard.
@@sadathaddufafa ,pranavand DQ have their own godfathers who somehow taught them about the artistic world ,they are surrounded by cinema even if they don't want to, but for ordinary people it's kalolsavams ,classroom programs, and yuvajanolsavams where they can nurture each of their ability and get appreciation see nivin poli he used to act among his peers and they used to appreciate and criticize him ,when we include kalolsavam and it's grace mark is added to school mark list ,it's really a push towards inculcating art into education system, thereby creating a society where the artist holds an equal social value as engineers and docters lawyers
Sports meets are there in all states... but not Performing Arts competition. Script writing & skit writing is another byproduct of Kerala School Kalolsavam.
@@sadathaddu Unfortunately FAFA, DQ & Pranav although great actors were never Kalathilakam... You think they will do mimicry, monoacting, etc in school... Kerala School Kalolsavam is only for Govt schools and not in private schools where these rich actors studied. For a person to be Kalathilakam they have to excel in more than 2-3 events. DQ was working in IT in Dubai before he got bored of corporate life and become an actor.

They are actually going mad..I mean how can one film industry give content heavy, visual screenplay, trying a new variety of story telling through editing, dance, choreography, music and most importantly the casting 😱 debutants perform like veterans The minimum budget but content has to be king concept works immensely for Malayalam industry I guess I don't want to see the content get diluted because of more money...🥵 2 kinds of cinema at the moment 1. Recent issues with pvr cinemas has caused troubles for Malayalam films to release around different part of India although films are earning well.
yes was very sad that the pvr-inox issue has not bee resolved
Idk whats the actual problem but pvr Inox boycotting Malayalam cinema is stright up bullying they could have discussed and give public clarification saying y Malayalam cinema demands are not acceptable to them or could have gone to court this is very serious and it's a monopoly in making tomorrow they would do the same to other south industries if they go scot free with this
@@TriedRefusedProductions it has been resolved now, PVR shows are back.
That's 2 movies within a month's span that made the theatre erupt in such a manner. First Madgaon Express, now this. What a time to be alive!
Absolutely. Not to sound too radical but damn, "laugh out loud, mass humor" was so dead these past few years. Glad to see them make a come back with both this and Madgaon.
@@nyoto789 exactly! No forced jokes. I'm so glad!
Madgaon express was that good??
@@blackpanther3676it’s good at making you laugh. But aavesham is incomparable!
It just april and mollywood dropped Bramayugam, manjummel, aadujeevitham and now aavesham🥵 GOATED industry fr.
missed premalu😁
Varshangalkku sesam
Missed premalu bro
You missed premalu😊
Varshangalk shesham and jai ganesh are equally good...please watch Jammy!!!! Another great clash in malayalam..
Fahad on fire!! Avesham 🔥🔥
Jai ganesh is just ok never ever reach to aavesham or varshangalkk sheshm level
@@UnniKrishnan-wm9kb yeah agree...but it is also a good movie even though can not be compared to other 2.
Avesham is far better
Avesham is on another level 🔥
Finally watched Aavesham and only one thing I'd like to say is RangAnna's character is Awesome 😎.
Fafaa made RangAnna's character legendary, enjoyed the movie.
South always ROCKS.. we South are very proud... South people are technically brilliant... Atishay kothari - chennai.
Eda moneeeeeeeee....😎
Next 100cr movie in Malayalam industry 🔥
Fahadh is an unreal actor man.through ranga fafa brings comedy, mass, psyco, emotional that too convincingly ❤. Fafa love u 3000 times man .and amban too .what a performance in climax😂
There is a common things across the manjumal boys, brahmayugam, avesham. All dont have heroine. I dont think any other industry taking that much risk
Especially Kasaragod audience,, coz of influence of both kannada and malayalam...
But how can a malyalai understand kannada even he speak mixed??.. Apart from kasargod people.. 😊
Any good cinema will be able to emotionally capture you . That's just what good cinema means in general.
@@darkseid856doing it regularly is difficult bro.. Comparatively they do better
This movie has an immense entertaining vibe 🔥
Jithu Madhavan..what an iconic artist you are..2nd movie and that too an outstanding one....this year has been ineffable for the malayalam movies..wow..Proud to say this being a malayalee (da mone).. there's more to come..❤
The other positive about Jithu madhavan is that he provides a chance for new comers❤
Fahad Fasil ... I have no words how can someone get into the flesh and skin of a character so aptly... EDA MONEEEE... Kalaki
At 71 years a great Malyalam Cinema and a Fahad Fazil fan
over decades.
I'm from in Iran watched the movie dubbed in Persian language. It was hell of a fun.
Malayalam industry has
1. The best creative directors(even youngsters ) who are great story tellers.
2. Best script writers (fresh talents)
3. Best Actors (even fresh faces )
4. Best Cinematographers..
5. Best Art directors
6. Best musicians (fresh talents)
7. Best technicians
8. Daring producers
9. Best Audience(for accepting diverse contents)
10. Best content creators
Acknowledging and promoting pure talents...
Truly they are the most creative people...
This film is surprisingly not that violent because most of it happens offscreen.Just shows you don’t need gore to attract the young crowd
The near climax scenes gave me vibes of "Shammi hero aada" and of course "The Shining"
Eda mone , Ranga Going wild and the Intro scene Fafa is pure celebration
MUST WATCH 🔥.NEXT BLOCKBUSTER 🔥💯
Fahadh is alag level, Love him more than Rajkumar rao, Dude can pull of anything at its extreme.
Loved the humour approach of Jithu Madhavan in both Aavesham and Romancham.
Especially with Sajin Gopu
Aavesham packed in more for me personally!
Yeah the rewatch value of Aavesham >> Romancham@@TriedRefusedProductions
@@TriedRefusedProductionsbro should watch varshangalkku shesham . From the makers of Hridayam .
@@abhiramsuresh3061it’s a good movie this time, not great tbh. Got dragged a bit.
Yes fafa, DQ, pranav were kalaathilakam. That's where these talent gems are produced.
"യെടാ മോഹ്നെ!!!"
Electric Fafa!!❤❤❤
This movie deserves to be seen in theatre only .
Golden era of Malayalam Cinema.. Fahad Faasil is one of the versatile actors of Indian cinema. It would be great to watch Vijay setupati and Fahadh in a movie together playing crazy funny rival gangsters
Watched this movie yesterday....it was an absolute banger and was amazing experience...... Fahad's character was pinnacle of " never let them know your next move"
Malayalam movies are on 🔥 Back to back block busters! What an year!!!
Hindi movies could never. Sad i have to watch this movie in hindi.. wish i was able to watch it in original language because FaFa's comedic timing is unmatched..
Bro i am from Kerala, avesham is great movie but I think you are forgetting one hindi movie similar to avesham...Munna bhai MBBS 😅
fun fact: The character Amban is kinda inspired from the character Vikraman in the Mayavi/Luttapi comics
Yeaa bro that’s why i ws thinking , i’ve seen the character somewhere 😃
Yes, this is indeed crazy movie.. the theatre was just chaotic whenever Fafaa did his signature jump in the fights.. its been a while that we laughed whole heartedly for a movie throughout.
IT'S FAHADH FAASIL'S WORLD, and we're just living in it!
u r right! the amount of sheer damn fun this film is to watch is amazing, i was at the edge of my seat with joy and laughter and awe for the craft of the film. Such a simple story executed so damn welll phew! Can't stop talking abt this film!!!
It's been an while since I've seen a malayalam movie with an absolute banger of an interval block and when the song illuminati played at the end...the theatre went nuts. Absolute mayham.
Watched on Amazon prime … what a ride…
Fafa and amban just amazing
They are actually going mad..I mean how can one film industry give content heavy, visual screenplay, trying a new variety of story telling through editing, dance, choreography, music and most importantly the casting 😱 debutants perform like veterans
The minimum budget but content has to be king concept works immensely for Malayalam industry I guess
I don't want to see the content get diluted because of more money...🥵
2 kinds of cinema at the moment
1. Malayalam cinema
2. The Rest
We are just in April and they have hit in every genre
( rom-com, horror, survival thriller, action comedy, friendship),
platform(OTT, cinema)
😂😂😂 WTF
I am from Bangladesh and huge fan of Malayalam movies. FaFa is too good to see in this movie and seriously this is one of the best entertaining movie of the Year 🔥
Fafa .what an actor 👏. I watched this movie 2 times already but want to watch 3rd time.characters are too funny and good especially ranga and amban .mass and comedy an unreal mix .that is avesham .ranga -eda mwone ❤
FaFa has an ability to built a fandom 🔥. This movie became my favourite by one watch only.
One of the "Craziest Movies" ever... I saw that "Gun Scene" clip somewhere and wanted to watch this movie immediately.. the Background Score, the Songs, the energy, the performances, the screenplay, and the direction are insane.. I was so happy watching this amazing work.. easily became one of the list of my favorite movies... Loved it! Ranga & Amban Rocks
Watched it in Chennai and the audience were dancing during the Illuminati song in the end credits. TN has embraced Malayalam cinema warmly and we can't get enough of it! 🙂
Have you seen Varshangalkku Shesham?
I just came out of the theatre and reached home, I cant express my feeling to you, I got emotional, happy, laughed aloud, cried, all emotions have been driven over me by this film. Only Vineeth Sreenivasan can do this, his all films are like that - a combination of all emotions that effect as.
Varshangalkku shesham review when Jammy?

Don’t waste your time jammy , such a cringe and unworthy subject to make a movie

I guess Aavesham was an antidote for you ❤
Malayalam movie getting its due. And people like you Anmol, who predominantly grown up watching Bollywood but still understanding and appreciating quality cinema without bias. This is the only way to get Indian cinema grow. Otherwise we will get stuck in cringe stuffs. We must appreciate good stuff and criticize bad, we want Indian cinema to grow not the individuals or demigods. Love you bro❤
Ohh man. That theatre experience was lit 🥶🥵🔥🔥. Must watch
I don't know why, but only dulquer is missed in this unchallenged rise of malayalam movie era. He need to do atleast 2 films to be there in this space. Hope he and soubin shahir cooking something crazy
