I also made a rookie level digimon OC in Gravity Sketch. I was able to bring the OBJ file into Blender. It is somewhat easy to make the clothing in Gravity Sketch.

You can lock layers to not draw out of the lines! Also make sure to never use symmetry for eye highlights or they look cross eyed.
Me who makes outfits when I have the energy but mostly get my models outfits from booth your model looks amazing by the way
