My 013 v6 ram 1500 front driver windows is exactly have this problem since one rainy night at the beach driver unit control work passager side roll down but not roll roll up need to roll up whit the passager unit Driver window is holding ther whit red tape and roll down but not roll up 🆙 I figure out your video is giving me issue about what is going on in there 👍 I’ll try it my self or so i will have to pay the labor
If it's similar to a 2010 - door handle comes off from the top first. Pry top pivoting section with screwdriver outwards, then bottom pivoting section needs to be pried towards the front of the vehicle. It is easier to understand when looking at the new regulator panel assembly This is not a super difficult job. Just typical Chrysler makes it so that more steps are involved to accomplish the same thing

I just needed too see the cable where it connects..mine kinda looks like a spin cast fishing reel i chucked in the lake
Of course you need a 10mm. Can’t find mine, dang it.
