Both are SICK bikes but I love the look of that r6. I have an 08 R6 myself. A lot of people out there don't have respect for the R6 because it's "just a 600" but damn what a beautiful bike and it's still wicked fast and a blast to ride

Appreciate your comment. I powder coated my exhaust candy red to match the paint on my R6. My R1. That was simple. I painted that a gloss black color. Considering the Two Brothers exhaust was carbon fiber. The paint had no problem sticking & not burning off.

Have you ever heard custom rebuilt cans on the crossplane??. They sound too damn good. I did mine to try and keep it looking stock. Sounds better than any aftermarket set Ive heard yet.

Edward Mihai Hey thanks for the compliment. There both great bike & both are very fast. If your a new rider, I would prefer you get the R6. Its a great beginner bike with great power & speed. But if your an experience rider & know how to ride. The R1 would work out perfect. Hope this helps with your decision. Ride safe & be careful.
i've got a few years of experience,i'm not afraid of speed , from a scale from 1 to 10, aspect and how hard is to ride both of them ? i heard that r6 is more easy to control than r1. driving more in the city ? which would be perfect?
Tyler .30 those rims are actually the OEM rims that came with the bikes I have them dipped in Chrome from a shop located here in Detroit Michigan they sent them up to get Chrome

I had the side panels sanded down 1st, before I they were painted. Gives it a smoother look.

Its a full exhaust Toce system that I had custom built & modified for my bike.

No they wasn't hard at all. The panels had to be removed. My mechanic in Detroit installed them.
