I watch your videos with great pleasure and I would like to consult you on a few issues.
The first issue is that me and my friend have been designing POD products in the store we opened on Etsy for about 3-3.5 months. Since we could not determine the niche at first, the products were mixed. Then we focused on yoga. We design yoga-based designs on many products on Printify. My question is, can we continue with a single product? Or is it right to design different products?
My second question is, I watched a video of yours, you explained 5 different trend niches, one of your suggested niches included faith-social causes and mental health and wellness, one branch of wellness was yoga. If we design all niches in our store along with yoga, would it negatively affect the store traffic? We have only had one sale so far. I wanted to ask if it could be because the issue was not fully established. We would be very happy if you could enlighten us on this issue.

Wonderful instructive video Mandy. Can you import your own artwork into Kittle and adjust it with their functionality?
Great question! You can import elements into Kittl and add more to it (like adding text to a design that you import), but you’d be limited in any editing to the design itself unless you add more layers. For example, if you made a text design somewhere else and brought that in you wouldn’t be able to use the transformation features, but you could add the vintage/grunge look to it because that’s added as a separate layer. Hope that makes sense! 😊

For one thing knowing the image is 300 dpj is enough to make me like it better
I’m not on Etsy yet, but is it a good idea to have a separate account for each type of product listing, such as: One for t-shirts, one for tumblrs, one for mugs, one for ornaments, and etc.? Or, should I combine them in to one listing? And, likewise, have a scalable brand name, such as: wf shirts, wf art, or wf books, and etc.?
Do you find that Pro Kittl offers more designs than the free version? I'm having difficulty finding suitable designs. Thank you!
It’s similar to Canva in that some elements/templates are only available at the paid level. Quite often I will also bring in elements from Creative Fabrica as well so that I can then use the advanced text editing in Kittl to make it more unique 😊
does anyone know if you can upload a pre made PNG design and edit it just like these kittl templates? thanks!
I am still researching but am transitioning to the design stage. I choose PlaceIt, but is there an advantage to also using kittl?
I tend to use PlaceIt for certain mockups occasionally, but I am really liking the versatility and ease of use with Kittl particularly for making the actual designs 😊

How do I end up with a clear background when I want one? I suppose that's more of a canva thing but not every shirt goes with a design on big white square if that makes sense?
If I'm wanting to see what it'll look like on a certain color I'll often change the background while I'm designing. In the color picker there's also a circle with a red line through it which will get rid of color entirely (this works on a graphic and the background color). In terms of actually going on a shirt, you'll want to remove the background before importing into your print provider, which can be done when you download the design :)
Is there a back button if you make a mistake like in Canva? And if so where is it?
Yes! When you’re on the design look directly below the page that you’re designing on. You’ll see arrow buttons to undo and redo, along with the zoom adjustment too. 😊

I typically set mine as a profit margin - so in Printify I will set it to 65% - I usually offer free shipping and need that cost covered, and I run daily sales to create an extra boost. I also like to offer color options which are usually more expensive, so by setting prices based on a profit percentage it ensures that I’m never losing money on a sale. The final selling price typically averages around 39 USD. Hope that makes sense! 🤓
