Great video. I generally love these kinds of card games with simple(ish) rules, different card effects, and various ways to score/win the game. But, like you, I think they shine the best when there's some sort of twist and good interaction that cuts through the simple nature of the game. Maybe it would be interesting if the game had something like, "after each player has played their first card in a round, all players must pass 1 card from their hand to the player to their left," or "the first card you play each round will also be scored by the player to your right and to your left." But maybe what I just suggested would break the game - it's easy after all to be an armchair designer, and not so easy to test, tweak, and polish!
