The Revised Hartford (2bed) Video Tour

The Hartford uses every square foot to its best advantage. It features a large and gracious family room with a view through the dining area to the backyard. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and has a breakfast bar which connects to the family room. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry. The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bath. The other side of the house includes a separate bedroom with it's own private bath and a large utility room.

This is my favorite! Changing the floor plan to a two bedroom really opened the possibilities. The large pantry will be well needed. Along with the bigger utility room, not to mention larger bedrooms.
Most people may need more than 2 bedrooms but, my kids are grown…so this would be perfect.
Sure wish this was available in Walthall, Ms.
