Somebody's mom raised a smart and beautiful daughter! That bench turned out wonderful. If you saved the leftover fabric, maybe you could make some simple window treatments by doing what you did with the bench cover and attaching it to the tops of your 2 windows. Great job!

I have never seen a more beautiful piece the best part of the whole thing is that you didn’t rush. Not your decision, not just taking something that you didn’t really want and settling, not your color choice not your fabric. These are the things people ALWAYS do and then they are not happy. Other than the bench being perfect the price is where it’s at. When you can get exactly what you want and make it your own is where it’s at. Now you have EXACTLY what you want and AND you made it yourself. That alone makes it worth every second put into it. Oh not to mention how perfect the view is out that very window. I call that a humus. ❤

It looks fantastic and matches your home beautifully. My only suggestion would be to clean the old upholstery before covering it so any stains or dirt don’t transfer should the new fabric get wet
