The murals you show for number 10 aren't in Mérida, they're in Mexico City at the National Palace! They're some of Diego Rivera's most famous works- they are not by Pacheco.
Ah, Mérida, where the heat is as bold as its flavors! If you're in town, brace yourself for a fantastic adventure that won't leave your taste buds hanging! Stroll along the streets, where Mayan history mingles with colonial charm, and dare to embark on the ultimate quest: the hunt for the best cochinita pibil tacos! Navigate the colorful markets and savor the spicy, citrusy, and downright addictive local dish-be warned, you might just end up in a delightful food coma! Just remember, a siesta might be necessary after this flavorful escapade! Nice video, Before You Go!
@@CoreyHenni I had that dish for the first time in January, 1986, in Valladolid. It was such an out of the ordinary experience, I will never forget the flavor. I’ve made it several times since; the spice mixes you can buy give a pretty good result.
i wanna point out rq - @ 0:33 those particular benches have a name that translates to 'lovers bench" cus its made for a couple to sit and court pretty much

When you zoom in and then pan, the video becomes unwatchable.
Co chin ta pibil hahah but what about Dzibilchaltún? pronounciation 1000000/10
It’s called Cochinita ….KO-CHEE NE -TA ….not chochinita
One of my fave foods. Yeah, I laughed when I heard that. 🤣
Decent video. Can’t stand this robotic narrator voice
😂 you're the first person to say his voice is robotic. He's a professional voiceover artist. Thanks for the comment!
He does sound robotic doesn't he? Lol maybe it's his accent trying to pronounce the Spanish names?
What about the video quality? I had to look away a few times.
buildings painted yellow - they need to go back and repaint them. I thought this supposed to be a nice city. It looks rundown
That color is their thing. No need to harsh their mellow. It’s a lovely place.
