I love all of the decor but all I kept thinking is that the fireplace display should be swapped around, with the larger end being on the right. I think the vase with the large part of the Garland all on the left looks a bit busy and it would add more colour to the other side of the room :)

I think so too!
Something I figured out last year during Christmas is that plain brown recycled wrapping paper is ridiculously priced for what it is, but brown uncoated butchers or Kraft paper is significantly less expensive and you get significantly more per roll (up to 200ft per roll). It’s recyclable and it’s available on Amazon. The texture is slightly stiffer and thicker, but if you like crisp edges on your gifts it’s fabulous. Just a tip I thought I’d throw out there for anyone considering brown paper packaging for their gifts.

Love the pumpkin decor!! Just sharing a hard lesson I learned a few years back - when pumpkins start to rot they can leave stains or remove the finish off wood tables! I ruined my teak table that way :/ I now put little plates or use clear plastic placemats under pumpkins!

They are absolutely beautiful but in your living room the bulk of the flower arrangement should be on the other side of your fireplace because you already have that vase with the decoration, the symmetry would make it look better, it's too much weight on the left side of your fireplace !

You could always ‘decant’ your special hair products into little bottles yourself - I do that all the time if we go away for one to three nights - you can buy clear bottles of all sizes - especially 100 mil bottles so you can put in your hand luggage bag if thats all you want to take as those little bottles your holding are still quite big to pack - can’t believe you haven’t done that before - I could not go anywhere and not have shampoo with me

What a perfect video to get into the Autumnal spirit! I love that there were lovely burgundy, cranberry and pinkish tones added to the more traditional tones and everything wasn’t dominated by orange. I agree with you and Ali and think the mantle arrangement would look better flipped to create more balance in the room. You did an excellent job on the blue and white vase downstairs! If you forage in your garden for some tall sticks, you could augment the leftover stems and create some additional height and texture. But it is lovely as is. Loved Porter hamming it up for the camera and showing us his carpet wiggles! It looked like he wanted to be a part of the festivities and get his cameos! Such a little star! 🤩💗🥰 Thoroughly enjoyed the video!

I love the pot idea to hide the candles. My 1 year old son can spot a candle pot from a mile away and goes nuts if he cant touch it. I am going to try your idea because it seems to hide the candle well and looks really nice.

Such a beautiful Autumnal decor! The large dried flower display in the corner of the living room is my favourite! The black background works so well bringing out the colours of the twigs and stems. Amazing! And I also love what you did with your hair and make up. Perfection!

Autumn is here.... I swear at the end of this I could smell roast beef dinner yummy yummy in my tummy.
It all looks beautiful have the outside brought in is my favourite thing from this year , especially branches, twigs and berries.
The odd bunch of not great flowers was my normal thing but since things changed it became more important to me to see my home more cared for.
Imagine Christmas is coming so fast this year.
