Really very good, very informative and entertaining too. There was a lot of information imparted there, thank you. Thank you for the new Peaks too, I certainly have already specified which ones I want, to my preferred dealer. Oh, I will not ask when they'll be introduced, but I am delighted to learn just how much impact the LMS twins made in your survey, your video production here and, clearly, on Rapido as a whole.

Nice to see a manufacturer giving some insight into their decision making. It's clear that if you want what they are producing you'll need to get it as it's produced, which is different to the big boys, but good to know.

OK, so I got “grid”, “hoover”, “duff”, “badger” and “rod”, but I’m not familiar with “bucket” as a loco nickname…. Fingers crossed that all of those are red herrings because there’s not a single one of use to me!

Believe the buckets are the class 67

4:00. Great answer on the EMU question. This is a good head scratcher.

A great video. Well done for listening and responding to modellers.

Thank you for an excellent, highly informative video, and I say this as an American who models in HO scale.

Hmmm…. Given your sentiment on the ‘peak’ comment on the video then announcing the class 44 in n gauge. Hearing the ‘duff’ comment may lead into a class 47 or a can of Simpsons beer?
Loving the look of the 28’s gutted I missed out on them. May have to order a peak! Are you planning D1 scaffel pike?

Would it be finanically viable to design around drop in wheel sets for 2mm finescale, even if you yourself do not supply the wheels as this naturally attracts a bigger price just design in the space and release a spec that this community can run with.

Totally out of my 80s/early 90s era, however I finally succumbed and ordered a BR Green 28 with some Conflat Ps. Today's announcement has also piqued (or rather 'peaked') my interest.

I wonder if a Class 91+mk4s are viable--they haven't been released since the real life counterparts were brand-new!

@17:32 - if you guys ever did an N-gauge APT-E, the money would leave my wallet so rapidly there would be a sonic boom audible over most of Northern Europe.

your scenery is first-class seats from a Mk1 coach… right? that is definitely interesting

As a new modeller, no previous experience at all, I took the plunge and designed my Rule One Era 5&6 set up back in late 2020. I have on order the class 28 in the lovely eye catching Red and Blue, with Sound. Today I placed a pre order for two 44’s with sound. My attitude is if it looks nice then I want it. All my pre orders are via RoS so helping them helping you etc. As a end user I prefer it if you produced something that someone else is not doing, why reinvent the wheel, keeping your offerings unique to me is a good selling point. Why would you offer a class 08 when it is out there. A Class 55, now that is talking but again if one of the other manufacturers are going to do it then you find something else. Any chance of teaming up with another manufacturer to do specials - thinking of Lotus with Ford Cortina’s etc or Williams with Renault. There must be room for working together. Finally pricing, to me the price of your Sound models are very competitive and attractive, not too much not too little just right. Sorry for going on but praise should be heard. More videos like this are very welcome thank you.

I've bought 2 rapido n gauge dcc sound brand new, one is running terribly, the other is dead.
Both are getting sent back. Very very annoyed.

I thankfully bought from rails so returning isn't an issue.
It takes me a while to save for the likes of this only to send all back. Its not fair on rails of Sheffield either. The same issues i have are all over TH-cam, i wish i had researched it first. Sorry but i want to use your company but I'm now afraid. @RapidoTrainsUK

The N-gauge market is smaller because the models are smaller. If you built N-gauge models in 1:48 scale yoo might find a bigger market.
