I love u🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵
Hello from Oregon, USA --- Thanks so much for this wonderful filmmaking, and your heartfelt, honest and at times joyful storytelling. For three years in the mid-70s, i lived in a rural area NW of Pokhara on the Mardi river below Machapuchare and Mardi Himal. In Sept. of 1977, just months after Manang first opened to outside visitors, I had the opportunity and privilege to make a 26 day walk around the Annapurna circuit, crossing the Thorong La Pass from the West. At the end of the second day in Manang district, i stopped for the night at a Gurung household up on the hillside. After the evening meal and before sleep, the family talked around the fire, and someone mentioned a group of Swiss travelers who had passed by the month before. Grandma waved a discarded diamond-cut applesauce jar to the fire, creating darting shapes of light on the walls, unaware, as I suppose everyone was, of how this area would change in the coming years. Watching you video gave a me a current look and new perspective to a dear memory of one of my favorite life experiences. Mark Wiles
Hey Mark, thank you for sharing such an amazing experience with us, it must have been even more beautiful back then.
Great video - thanks so much for making it. It brought back great memories for me. I did it with my wife in 1991 in our late 20's. Now we're in our 50's so glad we did it when we could! Back then, there were almost no tea-houses along the way (we did the Annapurna Circuit and Annapurna Sanctuary and it took 28 days with 12 porters and a guide!!!!
Wouh that sounds like an amazing adventure!! Can’t imagine it to be like that 😱 You’re lucky you could experience the beauty so ‘pure’, I’m afraid the charm of the hike will become a bit destroyed if they keep building 🙈
"We saw mountains, we saw waterfalls, there is no filter on them they are how they are embracing the simplicity they remind us having more of them shouldn't be the goal having the things that you need and creating something feom them should be the way of life"
I’ve seen a lot of travel filmmakers but I would haven’t seen anyone making something so professional. I mean colours grading was to the point not much not less, music to the point and narrative was engaging as well.
Really looking forward to more such adventures from you.
Moreover I also make travel and photography related films. Therefore I would love to hear your review from someone like on my films if possible. If not still it’s fine.
In end have a great day. 😄
Thanks for your support. This means a lot to us. We have seen your content and it's amazing.
5:05 The Indian guy says "This is so magical, it doesnt even feel like it s Nepal"
Insulting Nepal while walking down the mountains of Nepal.
He must have forgotten that the Indians are the ones who sh't in the streets of Kathmandu. Nepal would have developed lot faster if India hadnt been blocking every path
@@antigravity6 well well . This is called "but hurt " . I am a Dutch Indian living and travelling between Amsterdam and India for the past 22 years. When I speak to my Nepali watchman in India , he is grateful for India .. so its perspective I believe..
@@antigravity6 Amazing, how some nepalese hate India so much. Without Hindusthan nepal wouldn't exist. Hopefully, soon nepalcomes under Chinese communist party
I love the way you narrate your experiences in a simple, clear and straightforward way ! I have no doubt that your channel will grow substantially in real quick time. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much :) we really appreciate your support :)
Hey!
I am from Nepal and also want to trek this circuit once in my life
I found your video and enjoyed a lot after watching this!
Thank you so much for this amazing video bro❤
Hey Alan, thanks for your support. Yes, you should definitely do it, it's such a good experience.
In November 1987 we did the trek around the Annapurna mountains. Thorung La pass was covered in snow and ice. From Dumre till Thorung La base camp everything was very basic, simple food and there were many more trees in the mountains compared to what I've just seen. Descending Thorung La pass was quite a challenge, wading through hip high snow. From Mukthinat onwards it was a piece of cake to walk back.
Due to the snow and ice we started climbing Thorung La pass at 02.00 am, arriving in Mukthinat around 16.00 hrs.
That sound like an adventure.. we must say, it has become more touristy now but still better than so many other overrated hikes around the world
Thank you for sharing all your beautiful memories with us! 💛
☺️☺️
great memories revived from watching your vlog.........
Very engaging three videos of AC trek. I loved them, thank you!!
Great video, but 5:07 what does the statement mean? "It's so magical, it doesn't feel like it's Nepal"?
You guys make such wonderful videos that have class, divine touch and great sense of humility, maturity and understanding of Life around us.
May the divine grace be with you TWO at every step.
Pranam
Wouh thank you so much Pranam! 😊 Really friendly words, means a lot to usQ
I've been there too, such a magical place and moment in my life I can always go back to. Tashi delek, namaste
Thank you, yes it is indeed a magical place
You got some real good skills brother.. the way you present your story and the view was spectacular.. Btw which month did you trek there? It was quiet and not overcrowd
Thanks Sidant for your kind words, really appreciate it. We did this trek in September, it was not that crowded at all and most of the guest houses were almost empty. The only downside was we would not have those perfect sunny days but overall, we were pretty lucky with the weather and enjoyed some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Thanks for remembering us again by the way of your video vlog love from 🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵
It's our pleasure :)
Amazing work guys! Love your videos! Lots of love!

Awesome :)
Thank you :)
Hi nice one guys.
Are you guys very sportive usually ? Did you get altitude sickness ?
Hey Oliver. I will say, we are average fit. We have done smililar hikes before but this was the longest and the hghest we have done so far. And with the altitude sickness, yes we had one of those days where we would feel sick(say 5/10) but we were going up slow and we also had a rest day in Manang village. And we were also drinking ginger tea which helps with the altitude.
Annapurna Thorong La pass 5,416 m trek is top of the world's highest pass .
How about Amphu Labtsa and Mingbo La 5800m, Trashi Labtsa 5700m, Sherpani Col and West Col 6050m to start with?
I love your video.
Beautiful story telling 👍
Thank you Gaurav :)
Amazing
thank you
Bgm❣❣❣❣
I Understand the difficulty of making this vedio.
Each and every shot requires simultaneous placement of camera.
You takes more time to cover a particular area.
Love you Adi and Myra ❤
I like your vedios very much.
Your Channel will reach many more heights.
God bless both of you 🙏 ❤
I'm from India.
😘🥰
Thank you so much!! 😄 it is indeed not essy to make a video, but we still love it haha ☺
Beautiful timelapse at 6:30!!
Thank you..
Hi Mira, love your red jacket. What’s it or where’s it from ? Thanks.
Thanks! I’m actually wearing it right now haha. It’s from Altitude 8848, so a good reminder for a bucket list hike 😉
This vidio new i mean now nepal weather
bro , what do you mean by it's amazing these beautiful places are in NEPAL? May be you don't know the beauty of NEPAL ! Your vlogs are awesome but choose your words carefully too!
Hey buddy, First of all thank you for your time to watch our videos. And with the comments, I apologise if it offended you in someway. Its just that for people who travel from abroad to Nepal, (like me), they have some expectations that yes, Nepal is beautiful but we don't know it's real beauty. And once your visit Nepal, especially to the mountains then you realise you're wrong and Nepal is actually one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Thats what I meant. Any ways, I appreciate your support tho. Thank you :)
Why are you so offended ? he was so nice and positive towards our country
what month was it?
In September
Nice plece...👍️👍️
Thanks
❤️❤️❤️
Which month did you guys go?
We went there mid september, in 2019 😁

❤️❤️🇳🇵🇳🇵❤️❤️
We stayed in that same place😂
Guys if you can make separate channel for Indian audience that's will help you a lot to grow faster because of your amazing content with outstanding edition like pro videography. And that's will help you guys to earn more money and i know you don't make video for money 😁
Haha making videos for 1 channel is already a lot of work! English it is 😄
:)
Thank you #visitnepal2020
