Just a heads up. The hybrid no-cut shifter, from my experience, is not the best. I purchased it for the same reason as you,To keep the OEM look. But, in terms of performance 👎🏾. It felt stiff and difficult to engage the gears. Over time it became worse. Eventually,it failed, causing me to get to work really late🤦🏽‍♂️. I switched to OEM rsx shifter on top of the exhaust well and wow, what a difference. Smooth engagement of the gears, solid and notchy feeling. The downside is: OEM look is out the window and the RSX shifter in the ek will make contact w/ the climate console. Had to have the shifter shortened to avoid hitting the console in 3rd gear. Well, hope that helps. And btw: love the build, keep up the good work 👍🏾

Ah man! Thank you for this info. I’ve always heard mixed reviews. How does your RSX shifter it? It fit under the plastics? Still look OEM or no?

@@Stateside_aristo no. The shifter sits slightly higher. The shift boot will need to be removed altogether. And the shift console will have to be trimmed to clear the cables.
