Looked like an awesome time! Nice that you got a fun little tour of the area and the conditions looked solid. I went ahead and bit the bullet and took off next week to go hit up Canaan so I can at least get one more trip in this season. Be up there Wednesday-Friday next week and looks like they are getting a bit more snow starting Tuesday. Thinking about hitting up Cataloochie on the drive up Tuesday, but we're supposed to get 4" of rain down here this weekend so that might kill the NC mountains. Fingers crossed it just blows through and they can maintain their base.

@@ADHski Oh yeah, will def. be getting some footage. I just got some of the newer "cold weather" batteries for the Go Pro, since the ones it came with have issues when it gets below 30 and start shutting off even when at 50%+. Hopefully that will help get some more video time. I know The Drop is open now so going to try to hit that and seems Canaan has a bit more open as well. Just hoping they can survive this weekend bout of rain going through, because it looks like Monday it shifts back to snow up north. I think Cat might get wiped out though Sat and Sun so I'm not sure I'll be able to make that stop Tuesday on the way up. Might try Winterplace again later in the drive, but should be an awesome week either way. Enjoy 7 Springs, I think my buddy from my Canaan vid is going to be up there next weekend. Maybe I'll try to link up with him before I leave the area and get another day in, lol.
Next season resort..... I was gonna go but i thought it'd be better if I go next season when Im better lol. Seven Springs is my favorite resort, it's where i skied my first black diamond! Im working on the 7 springs video as we speak but cant wait to see what you got cookin!
You would really enjoy it, never too crowded apparently and nice slopes. I saw your collision at Blue Mtn, I hope you're doing okay. That was scary! Hope to see you around as well!
