Retroid Pocket 3+ Review: The Best Handheld Gaming Console!

The Retroid Pocket 3+ is a handy retro gaming system that I've been using to play mostly 16-bit console and arcade games. It runs Android and uses the Retroid launcher to provide an interface with RetroArch.
You can run the usual retro gaming ROMs from your collection, or play games from the Play Store. It's light, you can put it in most bags... but is the Retroid Pocket 3+ any good?
