      Ooh, that reminds me, I wanted to posted some videos about stretches for the wrists. Thanks for the reminder! If you are sitting a lot, it is also good to stretch out the quads to avoid lower back pain. Do you have a foam roller?       Belly Dancer Diaries thanks a lot for the advice, İ am a former rythmic gymnast, about 8 years ago i had to leave bc of health problems, but these stenches help!
