Try it every day for the next 7 days...and again...I promise, you’ll see the difference! It is less than 5 min of your time, you can do it!!
    And remember to write down your questions, comments or suggestions...I do respond 😊

    I am man, but I really appreciate this! This really makes my shoulders and arms burn (in a good way). I have stiff arms and shoulders from years of lifting weights. I want to be more graceful in my arms for singing and hopefully dancing one day. Thank you Dalia! God bless you.

      Make an outside circle with your fingers and at the end close it in a fist.
      Imagine the feeling of trying to get the last bit of of gel or body lotion left in a rounded container 😅

    Thank you for your advice.
    You look so graceful 💖
    I have a quick question for you.
    I would like to quickly know the history of the codification of these gestures. are they from classical, a legacy of other dances?

    • @daliadance

      Thank you!
      This video is focused more on exercises to help you loosen up your shoulders, elbows & wrists, so u don’t look stiff or awkward when doing arm styling. But the mother (core) of any dance technique is ballet, then you modify it accordingly to the dance style that you are doing. I hope that answered your question 💕

    Hi, it's normal to feel pain in the shoulders and scapulae after excercises? 🤔

    • @daliadance
      @daliadance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi! It is normal to be sore, because you are exercising muscles that you are not used to. Try to avoid the tension on your neck and shoulders, relax, and let it flow naturally! If you have shoulder or neck issues from before, please contact your doctor. 💃🏻💕💕
