Trans Nzoia needs very basic development ideas that will transform it. For example a fertilizer plant that uses organic waste as the raw material will create jobs and provide affordable fertilizer, corn syrup production plant, 5 star hotels close to mount Elgon for the tourists, better medical facilities, more social amenities such as movie theaters, a light rail system to connect kitale to modest and Eldoret airport etc.

Sometimes I blame ourselves for not visiting other areas to understand development. In Western province people think they are just ok, to be in their normal lifestyles. No public flushable toilets, stalls at any market, just abject poverty. People are busy in Nairobi running after DP WSR to come and develop. How? Development starts with self. I beseech our people, let's go solar in our houses. Let's build water wells, let's collect in reservoirs, let's add bio digester to destroy enzymes and have better sanitation. Individuals are doing it in other areas, we can do it. It's sad all political leaders, Executives take people for a ride. They are a conduit to steal public resources . Shame on us. And a Luhya wants to be Deputy President. How can such understand how to improve Nairobi and add value to existing developments nationwide. Learn,learn development.
