Today, I actually heard and clearly saw experientially, that when attention moves from the present moment into the reactivity, thoughts, feelings, sensations, emotions, out of the “habit” of our conditioning, we want to control all this reactivity which just feeds more reactivity! And the loop is created for attention to stay lost in. Thank you, Neelam! I didn’t really get it before this?
