- A tutorial on the things you must know before the advanced techniques i'll teach you. Menyoo and scene director are easily the best fight scene animation tools that synergize well with each other. I mostly use Menyoo to create synchronized animations that scene director doesn't have. Please i can't stress this enough guys...UPDATE YOUR SCENE DIRECTOR, MENYOO and YOUR SCENE DIRECTOR SYNCH ANIMATIONS. Trust me it's worth it! I hope this tutorial help out beginners. How you match animations on scene director? I mean, the last animations who's belongs to scene director. Thank
If you’re talking about how to synchronize animations on scene director, then it’s almost impossible to do. They have preset animations that you can use as explained in the video. I highly recommend using menyoo as a tool to match animations. In scene director, “actor 1” is the plyr and “actor 2” is the victim. Hopefully that helps.
I tried to do short scene with it and on the game looks completly fine but when i see the record, another character is spwned wich is not be saw in game. I don t know how to explain... But i m trying to figure out for 2 h 🤣🤣
@@chrissu542 ohhhh...once you’re done recording your fight scene, close the game application and launch your game. That should fix your problem when the game clones your character in rockstar editor. I know exactly what you’re talking about. I’ve had that same issue too. Just every time you finished recording, close the application and restart your game.

I just recently came in to this machinima movie making. That was probably thee most informative video on this subject that I have watched. If I could ask some questions to better understand. First how would one acquire the props such as cars, houses money and being in different building such as churches, jails and so forth? My next question is how do you get other characters in the seens and control them without other players being involved? Your reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hey! Sorry for the late reply, but for the props as cars and houses, you go to gta5-mods.com for those said props. As for controlling other characters, that’s what menyoo is for. Click the character and add them to database. Go to their name, go into “ped options” then task sequence, and there you will see a list of things to do within those tasks. Whanowa has an excellent in depth tutorial about that.

when i try to use synch animations it gives me this error " failed to load actor animations" any idea how to fix it ?
There are some animations that won’t work, but your best option is to make sure your game is updated to the latest version and you have the updated script hook v. The person that made the mod really needs to fix a few animations but like I said earlier there are a few synch animations that don’t load properly.

You could also write your own custom script mods (which I do), to spawn peds, set their tasks or let them play animations or speeches and so on. The only thing is you have to write it all yourself, instead of using different kind of mods

Is it a animation mod for fighting
I know its s a bit of a old tutorial but I have an issue with menyoo. I can only set 1 ped's relationship so If I choose to set ped 2 to spooner friends the other ped does not have the option to set a relationship
Are you able to write your own custom script mods? If so, maybe you should consider doing that, spawning and setting exactly which tasks, relationships etc. each spawned ped should have. Mods can do a lot, but might be limited. In that case you could choose to write/program your own

Type in “cap_a_player_a” in the menyoo search bar. Or you could type in, “pageant” in the search bar. Look through the animation lists and you’ll see it.😁

i have problem when spawn ped and want to record scene peds show duplicate can someone help me?
After you save your record, restart your game. It shouldn’t duplicate again. That happens in scene director and rockstar editor usually glitches.
We need a sword fighting tutorial video
Sword fighting done the same way, you just need choose the right animations and set the right timings for them ( use melee animation lardge_weapon/knife/small_weapon and other. You can also check tennis and golf animation). You can also combine animations. For example, for a sharp lunge with a sword, you can use animation "swim/attak" ( i dont remember what exactly this animation name), but need use upperbodysecondtask flag.

Yeah there is a few. Type in these key words in the menyoo animation search bar to find them. “rifle” “pistol” “swat” or “heist”. I hope that helps.

Make sure your NUM LOCK is turned on. That should help.

The scene director menu? Make sure your NUM lock is turned on. Also make sure you’re using the correct hotkey to open up scene director. Check the “scene director.cfg” file in your main GTA file directory to change the hotkey to open the menu. Hope that helps.

@@DaoNguyen-zh4yb if you’re talking about how to install the scene director and menyoo mods, just download them from the description and put the files into your main gta 5 directory. Check out the channel called “whanowa”. He has a tutorial video on that.
Bro honestly I wish you woulda did a quick version of just doing the animation then went back explained all the bullshit cause I have no idea what’s even going on….
My apologies if my tutorial has confused you in this way, but all you have to do is simply read the “victim” and “plyr”animations and match them as explained in the video step by step.
Is menyoo steam only?
I don’t think so. I’m pretty sure it’s compatible with epic games too.
