You were very polite about the seats but most people would acknowledge the AirNZ business seats are very outdated and far behind the competition. Luckily theyâre due to be renovated to a more modern standard, but still far from luxury, especially given the price point. To be fair about the faulty hardware, itâs hard for an airline to predict when this might happen after they have sold a seat. If it occurred on the flight just before yours and they canât fix it then itâs fair they give you a choice including compensation. I agree you shouldnât have to keep reminding them though to pay up ð
I do hope you receive some type of reimbursement.. ( agree that the seat should not have been sold if it was not 100% working ) Air New Zealand's 777-200 Business Class is actually better, although somewhat similar product/flew that aircraft from HNL-AKL, years ago. I was not impressed with the Business Class cabin crew on my flights from HNL-AKL-SYD...they were not friendly at all. safe travels
Glad ANZ is revamping their cabins. You should check it out when they are rolled out across the fleet it looks promising
@@emmo_93 I will definitely to that! Thanks for the recommendation
@@FlyingWithPoints ZK-NZH will be the first aircraft to be retrofitted
When I saw Luxury travel and Air NZ in the same sentence I knew you would be in for a surprise ð.
@@IncogNito-vz9tm hahaha, tell me about your experience on that!?

@IncogNito-vz9tm totally agree! If you know you have a problem I shouldn't even need to ask for it, just compensate for what's missing.
