@@matthewmorring3184 Even in the LN Rimuru never turns evil. There's just one he lost his cool when the Empire captured Veldora so he destroyed them just like he did the guys who killed Shion but other then than he was always trying to be as peaceful as possible.

Honestly I just realized how much of a conflict of interests Rimaru would have with Sora and Shiro. Both want peace, yes, but there is the tiny detail of the 20,000 human souls. It was retaliation but I don’t believe that there would be no amount of negative feelings regarding the matter on both sides.
