Just to confirm for you rimuru isn't a villain at worst he is a hero who could be considered a villain from another point of view and yes he isn't looking for trouble he is trying to make his universe a better place but it was difficult without the power of a demon lord he didn't even want to become a demon Lord before and after he first learned what he needed to do it but when he learned it would allow him to revive his friends he got his revenge and became a demon Lord in the process

You know, the LN actually reveals that Clayman realized how badly he messed up and was essentially bluffing int that last bit to try and escape back to his friends to warn them.
Awww he cared for his friends...and his life but still its kind of cool

Depends whose quirk Monoma is copy and pasting(and who has the first move). If Monama copies, Aizawa’s quirk and also has the first move, then he might have the advantage and probably win. However, Aizawa is also more trained than Monama is. But if Monama is copying Aizawa’s quirk, but Aizawa and Monama go at the same time the would cancel each other out and they would both be having to fight qurikless. So I don’t know, but Aizawa would probably still win. Because again he’s more trained than Monama is, especially with fighting quirkless.
