- Part 2 of my adventures on Batuu exploring Black Spire Outpost, today we look at some shops, and spend time waiting for our appointment at Savi's and then Droid Depot building a custom R2 Astromech unit. I named him S4D-B4BY for you guys.

I swear, everyone seems to want the Blue Clear Head for their Droids. I really want that combo too, but I'm worried that there might not be any left on a day when I go there.
I was originally going to make an R5d4 but I changed to the blue clear head because it’s soo cool

then the years went by and my family never took me to the states to go there.
Every Birthday since i wanted to go there, until today. it's what I wish in Every bday and every fallen star.
Today i'm at a stage where i can go there in 1 year or so if I'll save...
(yea some of us are not that lucky)
and what do I have left to look forward to?

and to pay a small fortune to build a lightsaber with other 8 years old. next to me..?
i don't care it's still my dream.

I live 30min from Disney World so been there a lot. We are going March 5 22 it will be the first time at Galaxy Edge . I'm 61 years young so I was in my 20 when the Star Wars movie came out. So I'm real stoked to go. Your videos have been helpful.
We plan to build a lightsaber, adopt a lizard monkey, and buy a tunic. And ride the two rides. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

@@pauliscool4012 I hear ya! :-) I really want to go, but I'm going to have to save up for it. They have some really nice stuff available at Galay's Edge. Some of it, though, is Bantha poo doo . . . ! With all of the videos out there showing what's available and what the price is, it'll be easy to figure out what you definitely want to pick up and how much you'll be spending . . .
It's good that I have a jedi robe at home. I hope I won't be attacked by the storms when I wear it😅

They should let you pick legs separately with multiple shape options, to be able to make droids like Chopper. But keep leg sets available for those who are struggling to find matching legs

Can the clips that hold lightsabers attach to a normal belt, or do they only work with one of the Jedi or sith belts?
Evan Lamin you have to buy a lightsaber belt clip and then attach the clip to a belt
I would think they’d call it a Krayt dragon tooth, rather than a rancor tooth, because a krayt dragon is more of a folk tale around Tatooine, and is like a mythical creature

After seeing a couple of these galaxy park themed videos especially with the build your own droid I actually finally came up with the perfect name for my droid. I’m going to name him R6-26. If you wanna know why I gave him that name you’ll have to look back at some classic Disney movies.

It would be so much smarter to hand you a ticket with a return time after you pay for the saber. Or they need to have more workshop rooms. They gotta know it’s bad when the ride wait times are less than the line for a shop.

The Dan-O Channel that’s cool! I didn’t realize this was from the first day! We won’t be here till September 2020 so I’m sure things will be ironed out by then. We don’t plan on making lightsabers but I think a droid would be fun to make!

Just depends on how busy it is. If they have room, they will definitely let you buy 2 at once.

In my younger years I would find ways to make extra money and save what I could to make trips happen. Actually that hasn’t really changed, I still have to do that. My side jobs are what let’s me afford trips to the parks. Hustle

For the 26" and 36" lightsaber blades, are those the full length size of the blades or the length that sticks out from the hilt?

I heard that the R-Series Serving Tray accessory for the custom droids allows the arm to be remote controlled. That would be to awesome to believe but I've been looking anyway for anyone that has a video of it but cant find any. Can you help? I'd also love to see how the legacy Luke ROTJ lightsaber converts from its awesome skinny emitter for display to the unfortunate and inaccurate wider emitter to take the blade.
I won't be purchasing the Luke lightsaber but I'll see what I can dig up for footage of it. It's not pretty. And the serving tray if it has an attachment to the middle of the head, would just rotate as the head does, and the tray would stay still. giving the illusion that the arm is controlled but it's really the whole head. I haven't tested that out though. it's the one droid accessory i missed.
@@Dan-O I guess the arm would just rotate with the head. Makes sense. Curious about the arms articulation and claw movment.
yeah I'm curious too! there is only 1 button that works with accessories, it just makes the jets light up and make sounds and same for the blaster attachments

I keep hearing that you need a reservation for Galaxy's Edge. If i'm already booked for Disney World where do I reserve to get to Galaxy's Edge? I got a booking for Droid Depot, is that the same?
Kenneth Atendido check your “my Disney experience” app during peak times like around holidays or around an opening of a new ride (like rise of resistance that opened last week) you will need a reservation “boarding pass” to enter the land and even a “boarding pass” to ride Rise of The Resistance, you can’t make that u til you’ve entered the park. Then you can access the app and make the reservation for your group or do it from a kiosk located in the park. Droid, lightsaber and Oga’s cantina reservations can be done one Disney worlds website too

i would really love to go there but it sucks that i live in finland and the flights to that location cost over 1000€ per person and that's the flight alone without the cost of hotels food etc.. :(
