- Replacing the steering wheel on your WRX is definitely doable and can be done as a DIY project. First, make sure to gather all the necessary tools like your torx to remove the airbag and sockets and ratchet to remove the wheel later, also a 10mm wrench to remove the ground terminal from battery that’s step one. You may need a steering wheel puller but that’s if my trick does not work. A trick that I will show you that takes two seconds. You should also read up on the specific instructions for your car model to ensure that you have the right information. Once you have all the necessary parts and know the steps to take, you can begin the process. Be sure to work carefully and cautiously throughout the process, and you should be able to replace the steering wheel on your WRX with success. Good luck! Let’s go #wrx #subaru
