昔こういうガーデンがあった。ガラス個室なんかもあってお気に入りで、アンティーク雑貨とかもあって大好きだったけど、数年前になくなってしまった。
すごく美しい空間だったと認識してるからなくならないで欲しいな。

I love these commercial food preparation videos. I think I finally understand why: not just cuz I love food.
As a home baker / cook, it’s interesting to me, these people aren’t deeply emotionally connected to the food, they’re impartial. A parent cooking for their family may get slowed down by their lingering care. But for these workers, they’re not slowed down, they’re very efficient & professional. One cake is the same as the next yet all are beautiful.

Do you research old photos and films for long ago sweets? The modern world likes the Western touch, but true Japanese traditional sweets are highly sought for, by elders and traditional minded peoples. I lived in Japan in the mid 70's. McDonalds had not arrived then...and the macha green tea mochi with the red bean paste was delicious! Have you tried any bakings with wine and spirits?
