Not me gasping and saw the thumbnail with her hair down!!!! So beautiful with hair up and down! It’s not just what we see on the outside but the awesome gentle spirit within! You are such a gift Becky!
Running to the comments for the hair talk 😂😂😂 We are all beside ourselves with excitement 🎉. Hair up, cooking and momming total necessary. But your natural beauty just went up next level! Stunning! We loved the smores too ❤❤❤
Hi i am Abigail i am 7 years old. I like watching your videos with my mom. We have started some gardening too. I also help my mom when she is cooking. I like your open hair and they are as long as mine.
Hi Abigail! I'm Tasha from Kansas. Don't let anyone dull your sparkle, sweetie! And never give up on your interests. You're so lucky to have a mommy that likes to teach you gardening and cooking. That's amazing!!
So, I have a home bakery making decorating sugar cookies, etc. If you want your cookies (“crackers” lol), to stay perfectly square when baked: freeze the dough after you cut them and score them. When they’re SOLID (not frozen, just really solid. 5-10 min in the freezer), THEN put them directly in the oven. It’ll keep them from spreading. Same for cut out cookies. That’s my biggest “pro” tip for anything like this.
I can take my gingerbread for houses to the next level! I’ve just been recutting edges after baking but that can lead to unlevel edges, which is a disaster for construction cookie
So I literally stopped what I was doing because I need to let Becky know how beautiful her hair looks in the thumbnail! How amazing really, looking more beautiful than usual. ❤
Am I the only one who has seen Becky’s earlier videos where she had her hair down? 😂 When I first came across Acre Homestead (3 years ago), I had to go back and binge watch from the beginning. Definitely worth a watch to see how far our beautiful Becky has come.
I am so sorry your family cancelled after all your hard work. Those Smores look amazing. I almost passed out when I saw that brown marshmallow. You Rock!!! Ty so much ❤
Becky, your hair is beautiful! I understand wanting it up when you work but it's fun to see this side of you occasionally! Thanks so much for sharing your life with us.
I’m quite new on this channel, but already hooked on your videos. And such kind reactions in the comments too! What a nice corner on the internet ❤ Much love from the Netherlands
I know loads of people have already commented on it but I don't think I've ever seen your hair down in all the years I've followed your channel! I love it! Thanks for the inspiration. My husband loves s'mores so I might have to give this a shot!
I have very long hair and understand having it up all the time when I'm cooking, gardening, or doing other such things, so I get it. People always tend to complement me also when it's down. I just wanted to tell you as so many others have, that you look fantastic with it up or down! Also that I love all your hard work in teaching us many new recipes from scratch in your kitchen, and that we all truly appreciate it! Continued blessing Becky!
I HURRIED to watch this because the still was hair down and skipped to the end to see it 🤣. So beautiful! I’ll start back at the beginning now that I’ve seen it 😆
I had been waiting to see your hair forever... too lazy to look back at old videos but definitely a surprise and I absolutely love your hair. You inspire me to start recording my garden journey and now I want to do a lot of scratch cooking. I already do but I would love to do it more often than I do. You're a big inspiration and motivation. I love your channel
Woozier! We have the full package here. Beautiful personality, beautiful hair, and great cook and gardener! I sure she's a great mom too! Josh is a lucky man! It's so much fun to watch you cook. You just go for it and do all the hard work for us. Example, if we want to make homemade S'mores, we know what size to roll them out to and how much to score the cracker! Many thanks for your dedication to your crafts!
We make homemade marshmallows weekly. Guilt free, at least in my house, I'm happy to have them as treats. Ingredients: water, honey, gelatin, whatever flavor extract we choose, arrowroot for the coating to be non-stick. We do fancy them up in many ways sometimes too. They are very soft. One tip to be able to roast them for smores, leave them to get "stale" sitting open for a few days up to a week. Then they don't fall off the roasting sticks and toast perfectly. Hope that helps.
Omg! Your hair is beautiful! Josh really does have the whole package with you. Funny, talented, hard working, wonderful mother and daughter, loving wife, amazing cook , green fingers and absolutely stunning!
I love how adventurous you are with cooking and gardening. You look beautiful no matter how you wear your hair but I loved seeing it down for a change. Thank you for always producing such great content. 💗
I make homemade marshmallows every year around Christmas! I've not made them with honey, but I HAVE made them with maple! I used maple sugar instead of white sugar and then used maple extract instead of vanilla. Follow the recipe the same as regular white sugar, but I don't use parchment, I spray/grease the pan and then sprinkle it HEAVILY with a 50/50 mix of powdered sugar and corn starch. If you don't use enough, you're right, they can get gummy. The cornstarch keeps the powdered sugar from being TOOOO sweet. Then you don't get wrinkles in your marshmallows from the creases in the paper 😉 You can also use a jelly roll pan to pour your marshmallow mixture into, coaxing it into the corners with a greased spatula and cut them really small for mini marshmallows! THEN you can put some in your freeze dryer, and get freeze dried marshmallows like some of the commercial cereals! My family's favorite "flavoring" for marshmallows is honey whiskey ❤❤
I needed this nudge to make marshmallows!!! Beautiful hair! Now folks can stop being distracted with that question! You are a doll, Becky! Love your sweet spirit! ❤
Becky, roasting a marshmallow over a gas stove is BRILLIANT! Literally the best s'more I've ever seen.. it looked scrumptious! Lastly, you look fantastic with your hair down!! Beautiful!
At first I didn’t recognize this as one of your videos, then I thought maybe it’s an older video but saw it was new. You look so Young with your hair down I love it!
Oh! It's Preppy Kitchens recipe for homemade marshmallows 😀. I am a big fan of Preppy Kitchens videos and recipes, he is such a great guy and very informative. And Bigger Bolder Baking with Gemma for the graham crackers! Love her site, too😀 I have the smaller Bosch but it's not nearly as good as the one you have. I want to get the one you have and I also want to get a KitchenAid mixer but neither are cheap. 😧 If your honey HAS crystalized, all you need to do is put it into a bowl of hot water for a while and all those crystal will turn back into liquid. It's still perfectly good honey unless it's gotten moldy for some reason. I bet your homemade graham crackers are WAY better than store bought, store bought have very little flavor. I like my roasted marshmallows mostly golden.😊
😂😂😂I almost missed this video because I thought it was someone else’s channel. Like all the others, you surprised me with the hair reveal.
