    Thanks for the videos! I've got a question for you. When the wind seems relatively steady across the course (e.g., starboard favoured) at the start, do you recommend starting off by sailing into a header or into a lift? In his series on NS14 racing (TH-cam) Peter V argues for beginning with the knock, but doesn't elaborate. I understand that if the wind is extremely steady, mirror-image paths to the mark should be equivalent. However, I would expect that one should start by sailing on the favoured side of the wind, *in case* there's a significant wind shift to the opposite tack as one proceeds up the course. (Of course, I'm thinking right now more in terms of macro-shifts, also recognizing that frequent tacking on micro-shifts may also be necessary.) Your thoughts?
